Acceptance & eligibility
These Terms govern your use of Kith & Plans (the “Service”), operated by Zoomie Zone LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any children whose information you add. The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
The Service
Kith & Plans is a private family-scheduling tool for organizing off-school days, camps, caregivers, coverage, and coordination with families you choose to connect with.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for the accuracy of the information you add.
Your content & family data
You may add information about your family, children, and caregivers. You represent that you have the authority and any necessary consent to provide it. You grant Zoomie Zone LLC a limited license to host and display this content to operate the Service for you and the people you share it with.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive way. Do not upload other people’s personal information without authority, and do not attempt to disrupt or breach the Service.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (such as hosting, authentication, and email). Their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is an organizational tool and not professional, legal, or childcare advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoomie Zone LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Zoomie Zone LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or content you provide.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will revise the “Last updated” date, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
