Who we are
Kith & Plans is operated by Zoomie Zone LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Children’s privacy
The Service is designed for parents and guardians, not children, and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. A parent or legal guardian may choose to add limited information about their child (such as name, age or grade, school, and schedule) to plan and coordinate care. By adding it, you represent that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and you consent to our processing of that information for the purpose of operating the Service for your family. To review or delete a child’s information, contact hello@kithandplans.com.
Information we collect
We collect account information (your name and email); family and coordination information you provide (children’s names and details, schools, schedules, caregivers, camps, coverage, and messages); and limited technical and usage data (such as device and log data, and the IP address recorded when you accept these terms).
How we use information
We use information to provide and operate the Service, enable the coordination you set up with families and caregivers, send service-related email (such as reminders and invitations), maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting and database, authentication, and email delivery); when required by law; or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell your or your children’s personal information.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations; we do not retain it indefinitely. You may request deletion at any time.
Your choices & rights
You can access, correct, or delete your information by contacting hello@kithandplans.com. You can stop using the Service and request account deletion.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, though no method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
